​A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. A 20% deposit is required for all appointments $50 and over.

Dew or Dye understand that schedules may change and therefore request at least a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. 
Appointments cancelled after that time will incur a cancelation charge . NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged 100% as well and will only be allowed to book on a walk in basis.

We understand that clients are busy so we do send out reminder texts and e-mails. Please make sure all your contact info is up to date so that you may receive your reminders!
​When cancelling or rescheduling you may do so through our booking app Vagaro or by calling your stylist directly. All phone numbers are located on your stylists profile on the Vagaro website and app. We do not accept cancelations through e mail or any social network messages, as they are not monitored daily.
